Our People
We’re a diverse group but unified by our energy and commitment to our clients’ challenges.
Meet the Team

Stephen Quinn
Group Managing Director
After years of working with leading ad agencies in Ireland, Australia and the U.S., Stephen wanted more. So in 1999, he returned to Ireland and set up Atomic, acting as Creative Director until 2013. Now, as managing director of Atomic Group, he uses his 22 years’ experience in advertising and design to lead integrated marketing campaigns for a range of B2B brands including Salesforce, KPMG, Enterprise Ireland and Booking.com for Business.

Trevor Daly
Business Director
Sport and travel-mad Trevor started his career at Vodafone and has since held various senior roles at Simply Zesty, Target McConnells, Lovin Media Group and LinkedIn. He brings 12 years’ experience in advertising and marketing to his current role as Business Director of Atomic Beta, where he manages, plans and executes marketing strategies for Enterprise Ireland, Salesforce, Intercom and more. Trevor holds an MSc in Digital Marketing from UCD Smurfit School.

Niall Dowling
Group Strategic Director
Niall has spent over 20 years working in advertising, marketing and strategic planning on both the client and agency side. As Strategic Director, he has led integrated marketing campaigns for a range of B2B brands including Salesforce, KPMG, Enterprise Ireland and Booking.com for Business. Prior to joining Atomic, he held sales and marketing roles at IDA Ireland, Alltech Biotechnology and Baltimore Technologies.

Liliana Chirila
Account Director
If you meet Liliana, ask her to tell you a story from her travels — she has a lot, having recently travelled to three different continents and doing everything from swimming with whale sharks in Asia to trekking in the tropics in Central America. She joined the Atomic Beta team as Account Director in 2019 after spending 10 years working in marketing and advertising on both the client and agency side for the likes of Dell, Twitter, Triton Showers and Bear Market. But she’s most proud of her work volunteering with activist communities on environment and nature conservation, climate change and human rights.

I Ivana Capuder
Account Director

Ivana Capuder
Account Director
Nobody keeps track of details better than Ivana — in fact, she was once asked to leave a rickshaw in Bangalore, India, for trying to tell the driver where to go. As Atomic Beta’s Account Director, this Croatian native and self-described “brand guardian” is responsible for managing the team for clients such as Enterprise Ireland and Salesforce. Prior to Atomic, she was a project manager on the Google account at global agency Epsilon and she’s also worked with Fortune 500 companies, top niche brands and start-ups across Europe and Asia. In her free time, you’ll find her practising yoga or shopping for chocolate.

S Siobháin Rock
People Operations Manager

Siobháin Rock
People Operations Manager
Siobháin is Atomic’s People Operations Manager — which means that her role revolves around making it easier for the rest of us to do our best work. She started her career in the world of PR & Marketing but moved into HR when she realised her true passion was people development. Before joining the agency, she worked with Voltedge Management, Escher Group and L-EV8 Marketing. When she’s not focusing on growth, talent and strategy at Atomic, you can probably find this self-described ‘water baby’ swimming in the open sea. She’s a volunteer coach with her local swim club as well as a qualified lifeguard.

S Siobhan Dalton
Account Manager

Siobhan Dalton
Account Manager
Bruce Springsteen once asked Siobhan for directions and she had no idea who he was — but that doesn’t mean she’s not into music. A true Eminem stan, she’s travelled far and wide for his concerts, most recently to Abu Dhabi. When she’s not planning her next trip to see him live, she’s busy in her role as Account Manager on the Beta team, working across different campaigns for Salesforce. Before Atomic, she worked at The Sunday Business Post, Motivation Weight Management and Brown Thomas.

S Stephen Kiernan
Creative Director

Stephen Kiernan
Creative Director
A graduate of Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Stephen flexes his creative muscles in a number of ways. As Atomic’s Creative Director, his role involves mentoring and directing the design and creative teams and overseeing all creative output from the agency. And when he’s not at work, he’s drumming for the likes of Mundy and Cathy Davey. Stephen has over 12 years’ experience in various graphic design and art direction roles, and his work has been awarded by ICAD and included in the permanent selection of the 100 Archive. But his proudest achievement was helping to create the “Behind the Gates” photo exhibition in aid of St. Martin’s in Kenya and raising thousands of euro.

A Alvy Burke
Senior Account Executive

Alvy Burke
Senior Account Executive
It’s not unusual for an agency employee to jump into a client campaign at the last minute if needed but here at Atomic, we have a bona fide child star in Alvy Burke, who once starred in an ad for Kerry Spring Water way back when. Luckily for us, she’s on a permanent hiatus from acting (as well as from nursing — that’s a whole other story) and today as a Senior Account Executive on the Atomic Beta team, she’s working with Enterprise Ireland to support Irish businesses.

R Rachel Grant
Account Manager

Rachel Grant
Account Manager
Given the choice, Rachel prefers to be on the road. Not only has this Dublin native lived in Australia and Southeast Asia but she’s also backpacked around South America, bungee-jumped in New Zealand, hiked the Acatenango volcano in Guatemala and dove with mantras in Bali, to name a few. When she’s not planning her next trip, she’s probably hiking or cycling — or busy in her role as Account Manager on the Beta team, working across different campaigns for Enterprise Ireland. Before Atomic, she worked at global agency Epsilon on the Google account and freelanced at Clemenger BBDO in Melbourne.

Kelan Ó Nualláin
Designer
It’s not often that an internationally capped athlete joins the team at Atomic — and senior designer Kelan has been capped nine times for Ireland (for touch rugby… but still!). Interested in any and all sports, he can usually be found on a golf course at the weekend. Before Atomic, he spent three years at Slater Design and has worked on campaigns for Facebook, Leinster Rugby, Saba, Special Olympics Ireland and the Abbey Theatre. His proudest achievement was being awarded one of only three Merits by the International Society of Typographic Designers at its Student Awards in 2015.

Martyna Lebryk
Motion Designer
They say learning never sleeps — and that’s certainly the case for Martyna. Atomic’s go-to motion graphics designer and video editor is never far from a classroom. Not only does this former architect hold a BA in Town Planning, an MSc in Architecture and Urban Design, a CPD Certificate in Advanced Graphics and Animation and a Diploma in Art and Design, she’s about to start an MFA in Painting in NCAD. When she’s not busy adding more strings to her bow, she’s creating video campaigns for Enterprise Ireland, Salesforce, Primark and Booking.com.

Andrew Duffy
Designer
Waterford-native and graphic designer Andrew came to Atomic after 11 years with Hot Press magazine and two years’ freelancing in Melbourne and Dublin. An avid festival- and gig-goer, he once danced on stage with the Flaming Lips while dressed as a Santa. Lucky for us, he brings that same energy to his work, whipping up designs for clients as diverse as CityJet, Leinster Rugby and Salesforce.

Siobhan Cullen
Head of Production
Siobhan takes the term ‘multitalented’ to a whole new level. She juggles. She rides a unicycle. She plays the ukulele. And she once played basketball for Ireland. This versatility comes in handy in her day-to-day as head of production at Atomic because she needs to juggle different jobs while maintaining a high attention to detail. Before Atomic, she spent four years as a designer at Marketing Network where she worked with the likes of Dutch Gold (she designed the can) and Repak. But her proudest achievement was producing a human — her daughter, Izzy.
