News: Atomic DNA Returns to Irish HR Champion Awards to Sponsor Employer Branding Programme 2019
Atomic DNA is set to sponsor the Employer Branding Programme at the Irish HR Champion Awards for the second year running.
Taking place at the Guinness Storehouse on March 22, the annual ceremony celebrates the hard work and dedication of the people at the heart of Irish businesses, who deliver ambitious programmes that impact performance and transform employee experience.
A total of 10 categories will be decided on the night: Employee Engagement; Talent Acquisition; Corporate Social Responsibility; Employer Branding; Change Management; Wellness Strategy; Learning and Development; Diversity; and Leadership.
In today’s intensely competitive hiring market, a strong employer brand is increasingly important to attract and retain talent—and the Employer Branding Programme award will champion the success, innovation and business focus of the HR team that delivered the best strategy this year.
Donna O’Connor of Black Square, organiser of the Irish HR Champion Awards, says: “We are delighted to welcome back Atomic DNA as the sponsor of our Employer Branding Programme for the second year. As an employer branding agency, Atomic DNA understands the unique hiring and retention challenges facing HR teams in Ireland and knows what it takes to create a brand and culture that people can connect with.”
“It’s great to see employer branding receive more and more recognition for the positive impact it has on people and business performance,” says Sarah McDonough, Director of Atomic DNA. “We are excited to be back on board and look forward to celebrating with all the winners on March 22.”
