That was the thinking behind The CIO Playbook – a step by step guide that brings together insights and case studies from key IT players within Salesforce. These CIO’s set out how they themselves used Salesforce to help shift the role of IT from being reactive and service-led, to being a function that drives the whole organisation forward through innovation and collaboration.

We brought the story to life with how-to’s and insider insights from the CIO’s, which fed into the ebook,advertising, blogs, email, video content and infographics. These assets were packaged into a ‘campaign in a box’ for EMEA field marketing teams to activate quickly and easily.
